How does it work?
The system captures dust particles by swirling them in water.
The process mixes the water and powder by vortexing the two through fixed-position dual opposing blades.
Once the powder-laden air stream and liquid are mixed, a tangential air stream is injected through the lower blade assembly to increase turbulence.
Once the rotation is accelerated, droplets in the air stream are treated by a downstream demister.
The particulate material is deposited at the bottom of the unit for recovery or disposal.

Low Water Use
The aqueous dust collection system uses less water than any competitive dust collection system.
The energy generated inside the unit does not allow the system to become clogged under operating conditions, so there is no problem with the clumping and sticky residues that clog baghouse systems.
